Dispatching products
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days, please note during peak times this may be slightly longer.
All orders will be dispatched through Royal Mail. If you have not received your parcel within 2 weeks of the dispatch date please contact us at sales@blackaromaholistic.co.uk and we will process a claim with Royal Mail. Where possible the order will be re-dispatched, if the order is out of stock a refund will be processed.
Please note Black Aroma Holistic is only able to dispatch orders within the UK at present.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
Returns
Please contact returns@blackaromaholistic.co.uk for a returns number before returning any items. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed when the goods are received in the original condition and packaging. Items returned will be at the cost of the customer. If items are returned damaged then the customer is responsible for the loss in value.
If there is a fault with the order/ a product, the return cost will be refunded. We urge that any returns be sent via a signed for Royal Mail service, if items are not received a refund can't be made. If items are received damaged, photographic evidence needs to be provided so we can process the return.
Please note jewellery is non-returnable due to hygiene reasons except where there is a fault with the product.
To Note About Crystals
Please note all crystals are natural so there will be slight imperfections. There will be differences in the colours and patterns in each crystal. The colour you see on screen may be slightly different to what you receive due to computer settings.
Whilst crystals can be used to help with health issues they should not be used instead of seeking medical advice.
Marketing
Please note you will not receive marketing emails unless you opt in at the check out or opt in when you have an account. You are able to opt out within your account or please e-mail marketing@blackaromaholistic.co.uk.
